Knaphill Beavers visited the Community Fridge in Knaphill to learn about how it worked & the ethos behind it.  The Community Fridge is a briiliant community initiative to reduce food waste & prevent it going to landfill.  People can donate or take from the fridge.  It is not means tested, simply a way to ensure no food goes to waste.  Jules Hopkins is the co-ordinator & explained to Beavers just what a difference it makes.  The Community Fridge is at Holy Trinity Church, Chobham Road, Knaphill & is open Mon-Thurs 8.30am-3.30pm
