Always a popular outing in the Scouting calendar, the Santa Special at Mizen’s Railway never disappoints!
This year we had a record 78 tickets booked with Squirrels, Beavers and Cubs all enjoying a ride to Santa’s Halt where they received a gift before returning to the station for refreshments. It was great to see Imogen one of our Scouts helping as an elf at Santa’s Halt! A number of Scouts volunteered to help over the December Santa Special weekends which was much appreciated by the crew at Mizens.
