WOKING DISTRICT CUBS BACK TO BASICS CAMP….

Every May Woking District Cubs organise a ‘Back to Basics’ Camp for Sixers and Seconders, this year it was at Woking District’s Birchmere campsite.

Here is what Cub Emma had to say…..

I had a great time at Back-to-basics camp! We did lots of activities such as fire lighting, backwoods cooking, axe throwing and den building. But my favourite was the branding where I made a sign with my name on it that I took home.

There was lots of good food and we had pancakes for breakfast which was the best. We won the camp flag for our “Sticky Chair” skit that we did at the campfire!

I would recommend the camp to everyone as it was a lot of fun!
