BROOKWOOD LAST POST CEREMONY

On Sunday 5th November members from 1st Knaphill paraded in the Last Post Remembrance Ceremony of the Last Post Association at Brookwood Military Cemetery. The ceremony in Brookwood originates from when the daily Last Post Association remembrance ceremony held under the Menin Gate in Ypres, Belgium, was banned during the Second World War and transferred to England.
