SANTA SPECIAL FUN …

A ride on the Santa Special at Mizen’s railway is always a great end to the winter term especially on the day they reseve for Scouts and Guides.
Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, leaders & a good number of parents enjoyed rides to Santa’s Halt where the train stopped and they were met by Santa & his elves. After a brief chat with Santa the train continued back to the station where they enjoyed a drink and a snack and eagerly looked through the bag of goodies given to them by Santa.
This year a number of our Scouts have volunteered as elves over the Santa Special weekends. We were delighted to se Cerys, Caitlin & Esme working hard helping out at Santa’s Halt station. Well done Scouts!
