SQUIRREL’S PIRATE SLEEPOUT …..

Our Squirrels ended summer term with a fun pirate sleepout at the HQ. This was a first time in tents for our Squirrels & they loved it!
Squirrels enjoyed a pirate treasure hunt, made pirate ships, telescopes, hats & treasure maps & had fun toasting marshmallows over the fire & making popcorn.
Cub leaders Jordan & Charlie helped out so they have now attended nights away events in all sections from Squirrels through to Explorers! Well done!
It is fantastic to see our youngest members developing their self confidence and becoming self relaint. No homesickness once again—Result! Well done to Leanne who organized this event to gain her Nights Away Permit and to the team for their support.
